If you’re walking NY NOW this blustery February morning, head on over to booth #5242 to check out Beve. As they make their show debut, they’re also debuting a product close to my heart: letter writing sets.

“These started as envelope liners and grew into a whole big set over time,” the company’s Lauren told me. “I know I’ve had a hard time finding any sets like this to write actual letters on versus quick notes and folded cards. So, hopefully these will fill a void in the marketplace.”

The sets include 10 double-sided lined sheets of stationery, offset with 10 lined envelopes. The paper is a luxe 70# paper, just thick enough not to bleed through while avoiding a cardstock feel. “We tested the sheets with numerous pens and markers and only Sharpies could be seen on the back,” Lauren added.

The six designs all coordinate with Beve’s wrapping paper and washi tapes for a fun, finished look. “I chose designs that I thought would work for a fancy, grown up lady’s stationery or for giving as a gift to an adolescent just starting her epistolary journey,” Lauren explained. Envelopes are 100% recycled kraft paper, with 50% of that being post-consumer recycled material. Liners are printed in the US, and the sheets and packaging are printed locally by a third generation family printer — a business actually run by Lauren’s second and second-once-removed cousins!

The sets wholesale for $6 with a suggested retail of $12. And, as always, there’s no minimum per design or item line — just a $75 wholesale order minimum. But, if you order through February 15th, you can take advantage of Beve’s show special: No minimum order!

Meanwhile, if you are a consumer interested in scoring one of these babies for yourself, keep checking back on Beve’s shop section or with their stockists: they’re sure to be available soon!
