A Fresh Bunch (AFB) has been quite busy of late. They just relaunched their website, and it’s not only packed with fresh work, it’s got a sleek, slimmed down format perfect for showcasing the work of its stable of artists from around the globe. But there’s even more happening in the AFB world — they’re bringing it all to New York for Blueprint this May!
If you haven’t heard of this surface design & print show (as I hadn’t), don’t be embarrassed — it only started in 2015, but it’s growing & definitely worth checking out. Registration is free, and if the Blueprint site is any indication, it looks like it will be packed with amazing work. Here’s a peek at some of AFB’s recently finished products — the work of these artists (and many others) will be available for your perusing & purchasing pleasure!
Artists Lucinda Kidney and Annie Smith created the art for these Design Design Valentine offerings. These gift bags are designed by Tracey Atkinson for DesignScapes, while the greeting cards are from Design Design. Looking at them clockwise, the first two are from Tracey Atkinson, the last from Kristin Kynch. This fun fabric was designed by Vanessa Raidy for Robert Kaufman Fabrics. These pretty foiled cards are from Design Design, featuring the work of Brooke Witt (no longer active with AFB) and Donna Brady. And finally, we have more gorgeous Design Design offerings, from left to right, from Donna Brady, Beck Ng and Annie Smith.
Remember, work from this talented stable of artists can go on any surface — wall art, home décor from pillows to rugs to cutting boards — pretty much anything you can imagine. So check out the artists on the swank AFB site — but shop it in person at Blueprint in the Big Apple!
